story:
Originally, Quinn was born and raised in a small city along with her twin brother, Quincey. At a pre-teenage, the twins were cared for in a foster home after their father left to
fight in a war. Life in the foster home wasn't something that Quinn find happiness in as she found the household rather crowded and too noisy with other foster children, and often times troublesome as most of the children were typical bullies, though she never has any issues dealing with them, unlike her brother.

However, she was grateful for the books that the house was able to provide, as she spent many hours reading and learning new things like; different languages, culture, old history, scientific studies and everything else in between. Yet Quinn was more attached to learning about spells and potions after coming across a few books that covered the topic, and considering the fact that her deceased mother was a witch, Quinn decided she should continue following her mother's path.

Since then on, Quinn would take the time to teach herself how to pronounce the spells and understand their usage; like how some spells could be used as tools for everyday life while others for combat. Eventually, Quincey and some of the other kids noticed at what Quinn was doing and they began to flock towards her as they took interest in wanting to learn spells and wizardry. Flattered by this, Quinn accepted the challenge by showing the others what she picked up on and the correct way to perform the spells. With time, effort and patience, the kids around her were able to learn basic spells, leaving Quinn pleased as she felt a good bond among her peers and the joys of teaching others. With this in mind, Quinn decided to continue learning more new spells so she can share with other kids with the same passion.

Years later, now in her young adult age, Quinn and her brother decided to move out of the foster home and begin their quest to find other scholars willing to help them expand
their knowledge. As time went on and as they got older, the twins decided to move out of the small city and travel to different civilizations in order to achieve their goals in learning. It wasn't long until they stumbled upon the small havan that everything changed as Quinn's brother not only took interest in the place but he also found love there and thus he decided that they should settle there and make a new life, much to Quinn's dismay as she wanted to continue exploring different places rather than being held down.

Yet as much as Quinn tries to persuade her twin to continue their quest, she found out that her attempt was no match as her brother's love for his mate was too strong to convince otherwise. So Quinn took it upon herself to continue her travels alone, in which years later, she became successful in reaching the advance stage of wizardry. However, it left an empty and lonesome feeling since she didn't have her twin to accompany her...considering he was the only family she had left in this world.

So after a while of self-convincing, Quinn decided to move back to the small havan and live her life there with her twin and brother in law.

It was said, that any newborns that are members in or in relations with the García family will be marked with the cursed; in which any physical contact you have
with another that is physically injured, shall you not only removed the injuries from them, but the host will instead take injuries upon themselves in their place.

At the time, such a thing was considered a gift from the gods for the García family was able to heal those in need. However, as they continued to
assist those, the curse in their hands began to seep through their veins, causing the pigment of their hands and arms to turn black.
If the host continued to remove all physical injuries without proper resting.

Chances are, the black magic can seep its way towards the heart, causing the heart rate to decrease...making the host suffocate and eventually putting them to death...
