The sprite-work in terms of design is really great here. The only thing you can improve on is not having the angle that the character is facing be so narrow and straight forward to the right side of the screen. See the way Mega Man's standardized sprite appears to be facing right while at the same time you can see his body and proportions completely? Try to use that similar approach to the rest of the sprites. Good sprites nonetheless.
