He shouldn't feel guilty, he reminds himself. Pitch isn't really a person right? He's a puppet, a bunch of things making one body move.That doesn’t help when the screaming starts.
It doesn’t keep Jack from having to turn away and cover his ears to stop from being sick when he actually hears the single scream start fracturing, turning into shrieks from thousands of shadows as they scatter.
He feels Tooth’s small arm come around his shoulders and he huddles into her, trying to focus on her rapid heartbeat instead of the way the shadows are writhing and screaming into the air as they rip away from the convulsing THING that had been Pitch.

Nyah, such awesomeness. Man, I really have to get back into watercolor. I used to do it all the time, and the layers were actually pretty smooth, though no where near as detailed as this, but they took me so long to do. But now, it's starting to feel worth it, seeing all these awesome watercolor paintings here recently.

Watercolor is a really awesome medium and for me it is one of the easiest ones to be honest - i barely think, I just... throw color on the paper :'D It's very relaxing and intuitive. It depends on the look you want to achieve of course xD
Just remember to use always really clean water and that the color of the paper is the lightest color you will have unless you use an additional medium. Let the colors bleed and work on their own. It is okay to leave edges. Blablabla xD sorry i'm talking too much.

Yeah, I figured out the clean water thing the hard way. I ended up with a light green sun, and didn't realize it until I put yellow highlights next to it. Paper was discovered the hard way, too(tip, DON'T paint on manila construction paper. Const. paper in general runs like a b*tch.)
But I stopped it about a year ago when I started high school, and just never really got back into it. That may change, though

Ahahaha xD I was lucky, the first time I got in contact with aquarelle watercolor i was already in highschool and had some experience with regular watercolor and a good teacher who helped us with these things.
And yes, work with watercolor, it's awesome and quick and an easy way even to sketch down stuff. Never be shy with it!

Is aquarelle the type in the tube? Because I have that kind, too, though I prefer the ones in the tray. I personally find them easier to mix, since I have the Artist Loft one with 36 colors and the indentions on the opposite side, so I can make quite a few different shades.

I prefer trays too. I use tubes only for big pictures where I need a lot of color (I will upload some photos of my wallpainting that I did with watercolors, I used tubes for some things there)
It is easier for me to mix and measue colors from trays tho xD
