Well if you think about it, Wilfre draining the colour actually DELAYED their deaths.
If color existence caused the dream to end, then Mike would've waken up eventually if Wilfre had not decided to steal it in the beginning of the game.

well if Wilfr contid Mike would have eventually die and sice they only eist in Mike's subconcious they would have died tooo becaus witmike's death his brain would cease function

Well, it really comes down to whether or not you are a dualist or monist in terms of psychological beliefs, and whether Mike either eventually dies from his coma or naturally recovers.
Dualists tend to believe the mind and body are two separate but interacting entities, so if Mike does indeed pass away, his body stops living, but his mind will still exist, still in the Drawn to Life world.
