12-11-14So after working on this since about 6:45 pm, I managed to outline over the sketch, color and shade it in sai, and then I brought it over to Photoshop Elements 11 for some fine tuning and effect spamming. So in Photoshop, I did the background, added the glow, and added a cheesy shadow via the edit layer effects. It took forever, it was long hard work, but because I had someone there to talk to me throughout all of it as I did it, it wasn't boring or tedious in the slightest, and I enjoyed screen sharing it with Eric and John again as I worked on it all night. ^^ Β They actually give really good feedback while I'm working on it for fixing things up. X3 Please, tell me what you think! I've worked really hard on this one, I wanna hear some opinions! ^^

Nice job i really love the headphones markings on the side. Β Her details are still pretty well seen and as for the effects you did a wonderful job there for the most part. If i may hint for next time, around her left ear the effects are abit too heavy in my opinion.Β

Thank you Lindsay, I appreciate it. ^^ I can totally see what you mean there, the bevel effect was a bit much on that ear. I took that into consideration when working on the next picture and did some outline stuff differently so that wouldn't happen again, so thank you for bringing that to my attention, I probably wouldn't have noticed otherwise.Β

I just hope one day i can fix all my flaws that hurt him.. Then hed never be hurt and he can be happy all the time.. Ive been struggling to do so and i know hes struggling to deal with me so im trying to get better as fast as i can for his sake.. I dont wanna keep hurting him or making him mad at me the times that it does happen. I think im making better progress i just hope he can see it too..

Whoa whoa whoa, hold up Lindsay, I think there's something you're missing here. When in a relationship, yeah, you want to treat each other with respect and have those feelings of love, but everyone comes with flaws, there's no true way to just get rid of them all, no human can ever be perfect. And furthermore, in a relationship you don't "deal with" people, you don't love them "in spite of" their flaws, you love them and embrace who they are, even if they aren't perfect, even if some things about them get on your nerves, because that's what love is all about, accepting someone else and caring about them. Sure, relationships aren't necessary to be happy, you can't depend solely on your partner to be happy, but you should still be happy and care about them when you're in one with someone. What exactly is it that he's "struggling to deal with" with you? How is it that Eric could ever get mad at someone?

Im suicidal and i self harm.. Ive been through alot and ive let that control me for far to long that its become an issue.. The other day my depression grabbed ahold of me that i let my brother stab me.. It made Eric feel unsure about the relationship and i had almost lost him because of it.. Ive been trying to get rid of my depression because its what makes me self harm and become suicidal..

Here's the thing, that particular design element came from Slash, it was the entire basis as to how I built up Vibrance to begin with, but I see what you mean, it is illogical, and it's something that should be addressed. I've actually put a little bit more into those headphones than I've been willing to release. Most Mobians that would wear this style of headphones would have to move it up to cover their ears, and it would look kind of stupid, hence why these just sort of function as more of a headband. Earbuds would be a more practical choice for listening to music, But if you wanted to go with genuine headphones, there's one design out there, that I can't seem to re-find for the life of me, that does a good job. It's basically taking the circular part of the headphones, making it a triangle, then attaching it with Velcro around the ears. It makes more sense, and I'd probably have some conversion to that for actual listening to music for her, it's aesthetics for now with the current design, and besides that, her headphones have some extra functionality.

Thank you so much Eric. ^^ I'l agree, it came out really nice for a first try, but looking through the comments, and thinking about it, there's still a lot I'm gonna have to learn, and hopefully I'll be able to, I want to do a great job with this sort of thing, not just a good job. Aside from that though, we all have to enjoy what's good about the present. I like how the music notes and the magenta came out too, I love the thing as a whole too.
