This took me ages!! XDBut Im really happy with the result~
Melvin is gonna hug the living daylights out of the world~ And only Marik, Bakura and Ryou can stop him! We're doomed
Only, inevitably, Marik and Bakura start arguing~ Ryou tries to stop them but gets dumped on and abandoned in the field.
And Melvin is okay with this arrangement~

Welp. My thoughts when writing it were more linked to heterosexuality, however, arguably it could also be that he thinks that there are 'girly' or 'gay' swords out there... :iconthingingplz:
But then again, this is Marik and who knows what is going on in that head of his~ XD

I suppose as a hobbyist cartoonist, I often write into stereotypes. And exaggerate those stereotypes, personalities and what not~
What is considered 'manly' differs from person to person. Personally, I don;t actually link sexuality to 'manliness'. Sexuality is a choice that people should be free to express, whether they are straight, bi or homosexual~
But this is just a strip and shouldn't really be taken so seriously~ :I

Truth is, I've been looking into thinks like heterosexism and stereotypes and I've been seeing some common trends. That was just one of them, and I'd like to figure out how it manifests.
