Here is my good friend Bret. Bret is a firefighter for CDF and Oceano. We were on our way to Santa Maria when he was paged to respond to a Vehicle TC (traffic collision) on Highway 101 S. This particular accident wasn't very good because 1. The driver had to be placed in spinal precaution measures and 2. It was a hit and run. Drive Safe.
