Unfortunately no. A mac compatible version of MfB has not been viable and there are no current plans to make one, as other projects take priority.
It should still run fine on emulators like Wine though.

Save the zip file, unpack the files in it to a new folder. Then you can run the demo by opening the file 'Maid for Bondage.exe'

What gives you the right to demand it to be free? Are you going to pay my rent for me? If that is the case, then by all means go ahead.
Why is it that so many people think they somehow have a right to get everything for free. Without having to do anything to earn it and without having to sacrifice anything themselves.
Why do you deserve to get it for free? Is it because you can hide behind an anonymous nickname? So you can just belittle everyone else and it doesn't matter.
But the Internet is free, so everything should be free! No. No the internet is not free. Everyone that has a connection, has to pay for it. Every server that runs the Internet costs money. Even charitable organizations like Mozilla needs donations in order to exist. Something does not come out of nothing just because you want it to. Neither was didnapper created overnight just for your sake.
If you don't want to buy our game, then you don't have to. That's perfectly fine by me. I won't make you buy it. If you don't think it's worth the price, then I won't argue with that. If the demo is enough for you, that's your opinion.
I won't say this game is perfect for everyone. I won't say it's the best bondage game ever made either. It is what it is, for what it's worth. Some people like it, others don't.
If you want a free game, then why don't you make one of your own? Why don't you invest your own time and effort to create something. If it is so easy, then simply do it instead of just complaining about it.
Bondage games are an underdeveloped and underground niche. I wound love to see more people try to create them. I truly do. Once you've done that, then it is your choice if you want to share it for free or earn a buck or two from it. Then you have a right to make that decision and I for one will not berate you for that whichever you choose. I might thank you though for making it in the first place.

Stealing from independent developers. Yes, that is a good way to make sure there will be less bondage themed games for you to play. By doing the opposite of supporting the products you want to have.

This game is amazing ! I mean there are a lot of bondage games but they're all hentai and very nasty, but this game is different. As a bondage lover i enjoy the conversation, the bondage feeling and the character doesn't get fucked. Too bad that i can only play the demo, 'cause i can't afford a full version ( i think we are all hate financial problem ). Don't worry, i won't ask you to get it for free nor try to get it illegally

i tried the demo and it was really enjoyable. i got her to be happy with me. it was quite fun. wish i could buy the full version but i can't.

Yeah, I figured. Still working on learning how to change that. So far, starting from defiant/gloomy, I can get her to either sorta scared or just kinda reluctant in the first scene... switching to the second scene seems to annoy her again.
