You actually ask money for this? Outrageous.
It doesn't even work well, as you can see in the image below. The hover looks quite hideous.

What makes it different from the normal theme? It looks like you made the windows darker, which can be done easily in the Personalize section of the Control Panel.

The difference between paid and free themes. Is for starters
The paid ones are built from the ground up.
If I port a Visual style that is someone else's and they give me permission That of course is for free

The difference is only that you put a price on your themes, most of them not really that "original" or ground-breaking. This guy ([link] has been doing some sick visual styles since the XP days, and he has always been doing them for free.
And really, compare the quality present in your themes with his themes, if you're that good of an artist, you'll understand my point.
Here's to hoping you'll get around to do a really good theme for windows (whatever version)and ask for a payment, but only if you really put effort into it, from what I've seen of your themes, they do not seem like they took much time to build. AKA that could be improved...

Themes you have to pay for won't catch on, there are just a few companies who can do that successfully, like Stardock.

hahaha come on man... you're going to charge people because they don't donate? that's the stupidest stuff i've ever heard.. i'm a android rom dev on xda-developers and i've put out a tooonnnn of work and never once got a donation either.. I do it because it's what i like to do and if other people enjoy my work that's good enough for me... that's how it should be plain and simple...
