RAWR Anders!You know I preferred Anders in DA:Awakening. He was more of an awesome douchebag. I loved that about him. Now he's just miserable and mopes a lot about Justice and kittens and how his clothes need to stop copying Morrigans (thats so last century).
I couldn't remember his damn clothes from act 3 - I think I remember feathers...
...WHO CARES it's a 10 minute sketch!

Don't know the character, since I haven't played the games. But, I like the glowing eyes. And I like the feathers (even though, okay, there is a bit of black chicken feel now that ~GadgetSun mentioned it. But, chickens can kick butt - just ask Link from Link to the Past or Ocarina of Time...)

Don't be afraid, we all loved him back in Awakening... not that ghost they scripted him to be in DA2
I even opened a thread on BSN to ask for a DLC to separate him from Justice and get Awakening!Anders back!
Anyhow... I feel damn jealous when I read of people drawing things like this in 10mins... I can't even draw a line in 10 mins!!!

OH thank goodness, I felt like a terrible person. I was BEYOND excited when I heard Anders was in DA2 (him and Nathaniel = the damn highlight of Awakening!) but my heart was terribly broken by what actually was served up instead. My first game was me romancing Anders, by the start of act 3 I'd given up and remade a new game, to win Fenris, who was surprisingly wry and sweet. Why, Bioware... why...

Same reaction I had, except that I still prefer Anders to Fenris. I blame writers who needed a scapegoat for their plot and chose the easy one...
I was excited too at the beginning, but given what they did to him I'd preferred if they left him alone and chose another character to be the scapegoat... better only a cameo like Nathaniel's than the doomed person they transformed him into.
I fear Bioware is giving up to market laws... lucky enough, 17 may is close.

I haven't played ME saga, I recently took advantage of the "sequel offer" Bioware came up with for DA2 buyers (which is in my opinion both a tentative to apologise for the terrible product they gave us and some way to press ME3 future sales) but I haven't tried it yet.
I do hope in some DLCs/expasion to improve DA2 story, but I fear I'll be disappointed again...

Ah you should actually start Mass Effect with the first one - you carry not only save files over for starting bonuses, but all your choices effect how the games run in the next one. Plus ME was a KICKASS game. I'd rate ME2 only slightly lower as feeling a little shorter.
I know I'm pretty much berked gameplay wise, I romanced Kaiden in the first, blew him off to be Garrus' lover in ME2 and noooooow... they say your love choices from ME1 AND 2 affect 3. I anticipate drama!!!!

LOL I've been doing warm up and warm down sketches from comic panelling and srs bznss art, a lot of them will be 10-15 min sketches only. I can't bring myself to do more otherwise they turn into bigger sketches and I'd never stop!
