Julie love for ocean life stems from her family being oceanographers.

Her Mom (Veronica) builds to equipment's and gadgets while her Dad (Jacob) explores the ocean. When Julie was a kid her parents listen to there favorite band call "The Oceanoids". One of Oceanoids hits songs is called "Love Stings" the song involves who break ups are like a jellyfish cuz it stings you bad and Julie love that one.
On her birthday her parents got her a guitar synthesizer the exact replica that the Lead of Oceanoids uses.

Overtime Julie found a new Idol Sayu the digital mermaid for how cute she is and made her own avatar called Sasu Miyu (Sasu means Stings in Japanese) becoming a Live Steamer.

One day NSR threw I Halloween plaza where who ever wins gets to meet there idol.
So Julie used a device called the Cosplayerinator its a belt buckle morpher at you can turn into any character even your own avatars.

Julie can now transform in to Sasu Miyu but to really sell the illusion Julie create Hover boots for flying and Magnetic gloves magnetic for her guitar to come to her.

Julie as Sasu Miyu made it to the Plaza while she was placed in the top 5 Sayu noticed that
Sasu Miyu was wearing a Cosplayerinator and it turns out it was banned for reasons unknown Julie was kicked out of the plaza upset. Sayu didn't even let Julie explain herself but that didn't stop Julie she still do her thing being a Live Steamer.

When Julie heard a band named Bunk Bed Junction is fighting NSR She suit up as Sasu Miyu and went searching for her.
