Mah pal, EdenPak , drew a bunch of pikachus dressed as different characters recently and it inspired me to draw my favorite snek dressed as my favorite snek... wait wut?
anyways, here's mah Snivy wearing a hoodie of her final evo. ItsBirdyArt did something similar to this already with onesies, but this is my take on it except with a hoodie.
Some of you may have noticed that I have a minor snek obsession lately. XD

maybe consider finding the light source because usually it's on the top left.
Also, maybe be a little more detailed if you can like with the wringles of the clothes and maybe with the skin. For the shading: When coloring darker spots, it looks like you used black and maybe you lowered the opacity. Try using the same color, but darker. Also, maybe don't blur the shading so much that is what gives it 'pillow shade'. There are alot of coloring tutorials on DeviantART.
With the eyes, I would try to blend the pupil a bit with the color.

Honestly the idea and stuff of a Snivy with clothes is pretty cool
I think the coloring and shading is weird its the same all over not considering the base value of an object neither its reflective properties.
it looks like you have guessed where the lighting should go. it don't look very consistent.
you need to consider the light source, what color is the light source, what reflective properties does this material have?, and also the base value of an object.
I would start of by reading tutorials about shading,
particularly about, light,high light, midtone,shadow,occlusion shadow cast shadow, reflective light, and ambient light
the colors and value are all different hues and values. for instance the reflective light is never lighter than the mid tone, and the shadows on your lighted areas are all lighter than the shadows in the shadowed areas
if your not seeking to improve then you could simply ignore that i said anything.

Hey, i really like it and to be honest it's better then a lot of my art, but i'm just here to help.
I think you could use a bit of texture with your shading, overall it looks a little too smooth.
I really do like it though. another thing i might change is the mouth. it looks a little thin and I wouldn't really go for the cat mouth, but that's just my opinion.
But it just depends on if you like it, don't take my words to heart :3
Also really great work, it's actually really good and fun to look at.

The shading improvement is real again. :v
A lot of peeps are saying something about the hoodie and it being shiny, but I think it's fine to be honest, I can't really explain it, but I know some hoodies do look like that being made of different materials.
Otherwise, this is really nice, an addition I'd do is make the eyes a bit darker around the sides, and perhaps a bit more contrast in the middle, but that's just me. (Make them shiny and gorgeous Evan.)

Its a really fun image and your shading is defiantly on the up. I think id like to see the mouth / nose drawn with a thicker pen but thats the only thing i can really point to that id change. Really good job! and i know you love your sneks ^^
