This is surely a most powerful concept: a girl with the ability to make others grow through breastfeeding. And I can but imagine the subtleties about how they come to this instant must be really sexy. 
The biggal looks specially smooth and solid in her arm area, and her boob positively too firm. I'd say she's laden to the brim with milk. 
I'd suggest that biggal to feed other friends while lying on her back, with her friend on top. This way she could feel the other one growing in a more thoroughly way.
