This is the steak special me and my coworker Mike came up with for the weekend. We sold out! Rather happy with how this turned out. It's kind of a take on surf n' turf. A 5oz Teres Major topped with smoked shrimp and mussels and bearnaise sauce. Accompanied with a baked hasselback potato and seasonal vegetables.
