He's sort of got this creepy look on his face. Not like "I'm going to kill you" but more like a fred&george "I'm gonna put a bucket of water over the door and a fan with a bag of flour attatched to it right next to the door, so when you trip over the wire *poof* you're a ghost!" look.
Its very childish and I love it. ^.^
I'm a fan of any Voldemort art, but especially the ones that make me think its not entirely the "I'm gonna kill Harry" dark lord. Speaking of the funny ones, have you seen the fanart where he's in pink undies? *giggle*

You made him look less nice than the movie did - seriously, in the movie, he looked normal other than the death-white skin/weird nose/funky nails. But he looks more evil here.
I would have given him a cigar XD Evil shuns cigarettes. Cigars: choice of evil minions and overlords since whenever cigars were invented.
