I’m back with my first wholly digital scene, 2020 sure has offered me plenty of dystopian inspiration! This piece is set in the same universe, but a few decades prior, to the other technocratic/transhumanist orientated art I’ve done with different regimes in charge. It was interesting to experiment with hot and cold lighting and combine the aesthetics of the HK and BLM protests with a cyberpunk spin.

Under the authority of the President, Commander in chief and vessel of the Lords love for our Nation, the Federal Government shall be taking immediate action to stop violent resistance activities that threaten peace and stability. Public order will be enforced under any means. The destruction of property is a crime against God.

Phase one of such response shall be to invoke the ████████████ Act of 180█ to authorise the employment of the military and federalised National Guard troops to suppress civil disorder, insurrection and rebellion. The President has already issued a message for the ██████ insurgents to disperse, in accordance with the █████████████ Research Service Report of 200█. This executive order shall bypass the █████ █████████ Act of 187█, so that our forces can suppress the civilian population without congressional approval. The President shall not be waiting for a request from state governors. Any legislature or amendments designed to limit the powers of the federal government in the use of federal military personnel to enforce domestic policies within the nation shall be disregarded under Holly Decree, as reflected in the ███████ █████████████ Bill of 202█.

Phase two of state response shall be to declare a state of National Emergency and impose ███████ law through the suspension of Habeas Corpus. Citizens shall no longer have a right to a hearing or trial and law enforcement shall have no supervision by the judiciary. There shall be an additional suspension of civil law and civil rights as well as additional measures to protect national security, including shutting down telecommunications, freezing citizen's bank accounts and an 8pm curfew. Civilians defying ███████ law will be subjected to military tribunal. The president has made it known that he wants the organisers of this civil disorder to be on notice that they will face court-martial with severe criminal penalties.

Phase three shall involve the █████████ ████████████ of temporary █████████ ███████ to ███████████ for the anticipated, ███ ██████ ███████, influx of ████████ ██████████. Those considered ██████████ ████████ for rehabilitation into God’s ██████ ███████ shall be selected for ██-█████████ programs and ██████ as moral citizens. Details of the ████ ███████ and features are currently under consideration.
