as usual i used PS4
"what or how do do that backgroung design" i m not very good at english and i dont understand well
i ll try an answer but i m not shure i understand the question

background is made with custum brush i start with b&w draw and next i aplly some colors and saturation
i don t work the background because it s just a speedy paint (3h)
background story: juste for fun i ll try something thinking about the valkyries
