I saw this picture as the thumbnail, and I thought to myself, "Wow. O_O Look at that lighting..." and I just HAD to full-view.

Now, as I look closely at this picture, I see how much I adore that lighting. The beauty of the dark clouds and the lovely orange sun is just amazing. Vision: Lovely angle and setting for this photo! The country-ness really appeals to me. ^^
Originality: Very nice job with that lighting! I don't know anyone else on dA who can make dramatic photos like yours, and I also don't know anyone else who can make the lighting look so soft and natural.
Technique: You should really use Lightroom more often! e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b… " width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Big Grin)" /> The sunlight is just beautiful, and the way it lights up the grass is lovely. You also did a very nice job making the clouds look pretty and dark while keeping the natural look of the orange sun.
Impact: I can't stress enough how calm this photo makes me feel. It makes me feel...at ease, and relaxed. I could stare at this for hours just taking in all the beauty!

only thing whit your images is that the lightning often looks faked
maybe you should try out the light blend technique of mine.
