For myself...I had to do something to get myself out of this horrible depression. It's starting to frighten me. Anyway...something I did for my son and I.I am searching for stock for wolf-fire's manipulation right now, so hopefully I'll be finished with that soon.

LOL it is! I tried it for once and I really like how it looks, even though my handwriting looks pretty sloppy. And thanks, I like doing softshaded lighting, but I still need to work on it; my light sources aren't 100% correct obviously, because "HOW DO I LIGHTS". e_e;

i feel like handwriting generally makes pieces look better. more organic. the sloppyier the better. (my handwriting in every day life is TERRIBLE) idunno. but i'm weird xD
light sources are one of those things where YOU know they're wrong, but if you're not the one who worked on the picture, you can't really tell. unless you look hard i guess. but damn i'd love to do what you do.
