Description This is my latest limited doll. Its a vampire version of my first 2.0 bodied doll Dean. and will be released through Happily Ever After toys in Philadelphia.

He comes with 2 faceplates (shown in his pic)

A pleasant face and an evil face

The original Dean was released back in 2007 and i only made 10 of them, It was fun to bring him back from the limited graveyard for one final release.

I'm only making 5 of the vampire Dean, he will come with the costume pictured, The costume is by Dreux Priore of eggangel.com

To make my dolls, I make the original doll sculpt in Super Sculpey, from my original sculpture i pull silicone molds and cast in a custom resin mix, i then drill my parts hollow and string with elastic (my finished dolls are completely poseable) i sand down the seams then i use ground up pastels to paint on the makeups. the wig i made from synthetic mohair fabric
Aside from the eyes and clothing, my dolls are entirely handcrafted by myself..

I think these are the most character-filled [especially male!]dolls I have seen!Wonderful detail..the eyes ,nose and mouth,all appear to be realistic,and not just generic shapes...expertly done!

Thank you very much, I always try and put as much character/expression in my sculpts as Im able, usually male dolls are limited to tough-guy or angsty expressions but there's allot more fun to be had than that

Hmm... you know I think I'd actually like to see a doll with (normal) teeth.

you don't really see dolls showing their teeth.

(and I mean realistic teeth- like how these dolls have glass eyes)

This reminds me when I was new to resin abjds and I kept wondering how did they get the eyes to open and close so perfectly! I didnt realize it was diffenrt head molds! haha

Haha,.. Then you probably wouldn't be surprised how often I get emails and notes asking how I move the mouths and eyebrows and if the faces are flexible.

I really like doing small run limited editions, Once Logan and Nori have sold out I probably wont make any more than 10 of any doll after that

Im really happy you like his evil side, Ive been anxious to post the evil pic since i got back from the show. I'm just now starting to feel awake again.

I'm actually re-sculpting the teeth right now for the final so they fit inside his head a little better.
