Description one of the many "wonder weapons" Devlin Stone conceived and put into production to face off whomever breached the Fortress.  As with his usual manner, cost was not a consideration.  Clan XXL engine, Clan Arrow IV, Clan ECM, Stealth Armor.

Conceived as a rapid response artillery, it was provided only sufficient armor to protect from small arms and shrapnel.  It's protection was meant to be a combination if proximity, speed, electronic countermeasures and stealth keeping it from being located to begin with. If a CLPS and Null Sig system could have been modified in time, it would probably have had that.

For point defense, the Arrow IV battery and it's TAG designator are  mounted in a pop up turret.  Necessitated to maintain it's stealth profile, under normal use the unit is concealed until a strike is designated, at which time it pops up, pivots to whatever facing is required, and fires, all in approximately 3 seconds time.  The unit then returns to it's hull down position, reloads and awaits the next fire command.  In this mode, the TAG can still be used, but only in a fixed forward position thanks to a forward facing "window" provided it.

In Point Defense Mode the Turret remains deployed, tracking with it's internal TAG until the missile hits the target at which time it again must return to stowed position to reload.  Should any damage prevent it from being able to rotate and do so, then the battery is left unable to reload, though in theory it could be manually reloaded in an emergency.

Overall considering the cost and fragility of the craft it is much better off simply breaking contact and returning to base.

The craft is crewed by a pilot and gunner in a back to back seating configuration.  Unfortunately the cockpit is snug to put it kindly, and while not uncomfortable while in their respective seats, there is little room for anything else, including ejection seats.   There is a small weapons and emergency supply locked in the belly near the landing gear, should they have to ditch their vehicle.

Total numbers are unknown, but in the recent fighting these were known to have been one of Stone's more successful tools of war causing the attacking forces a great many headaches and managing to remain hidden from patrols of ASF and conventional aircraft sent to hunt them down.   The 2 known to have been lost were to mechanical failure, not enemy damage.   Both were reported successfully destroyed by their crews, intentionally detonating their remaining onboard ammo  to ensure there was nothing for the enemy to use.
