thanks and yes, the values are one of the tiny bit....i'm really concerned about. I will have to study this more. But it's a step in the right direction for me. But i feel i could push the values more....it's not right just yet i think.

Well, yes you could do better with the values to make it more readable as a thumb. But what I guess I meant was that you did the lighting and shadows quite well, the materials all look believable.
I think maybe these frames could benefit from Hue and Saturation+Levels adjustments.

your're right in that aspect. I tend to just see what bother me. and it's good to see that things that i'm working on manage to get better iven if they are not yet where i want them to be. Value is something i realize i still have to get better at. so i'm working on it and if that comes across then it means i'm in the right direction.
as for adjustments. They are good to toy with, and they could improve the image. But my goal is to manage to paint it right as much as possible. That being said, i still use them. It would be stupid not to. But doing just with painting will get me a better understanding of how things work i guess.

yeah the desing changed a lot. but i really liked the idea of some kind of bike that was also some kind of seat. I had a lot of fun designing this one.
