I used Adobe Photoshop to add the static filter (Which also called "Noise"). I applied it by going into filter at the top of the screen, then Noise, then Add Noise. This way you can alter the filter.

Ah ok gotcha neat thank you very much! Sadly to say I don't have photoshop yet, in that case I probably have one of the jankiest programs. Hoping to get it soon though. So this will be Β quite useful. As for the video thank you very much I shall go check it out!
