● I saw many people around Deviantart who whined to unfav their works or because someone told them they have to improve. Today I stumbled upon a profile of a guy who received a lot of bad comments. I browsed shoutbox and found many comments of people whining: "Unfav my work ;_;", "Why did you add my work to Improvements folder?", "You criticized me" or similar. I am giving you not exact comments, but they were very similar to this. People whined because someone faved their work and told them to improve! What the fuck?
● Whiny pussies should know that comments are for telling them what's wrong and how they can improve. Also, everyone may fave your work, so stop fucking whining.
● You should be thankful to people they criticize your works. You won't go anywhere with your drawings/photographs/whatever if you can't stand people criticizing you.
● Seriously, people, what's wrong with you?

I laugh at such people. I usually ask for critique everywhere, because I understand my art is in a badly need in honest analysis. Because mistakes, mistakes everywhere. And most of artists complaining about critique are about my level.

What the heck.... It's the internet, it brings out the asshole in everyone. Well, I wouldn't say asshole, but people should realize that the internet is used by a lot of people, and not everyone will be impressed. Some people will try to help you, and you should be thankful you were noticed by one of the people out of the what... Millions that use the site?

They're called comments for a reason. Comments, not compliments or complaints. Comments are there for good and bad, not just ass-kissing. They say "don't like, don't comment", no, "don't like, don't compliment" should be the correct phrase.
