This was a idea I got while sitting and listening to "White Wedding" by Billy Idol. And no. Twoface and Bianca didnt really married. They just decided to go and tourture a wedding
My first idea was that Bianca was going to have half dress and half tuxedo, But then I wanted to put in Twoface too, but then I wanted him to be like Bianca...But it wouldnt work.
Anyway.
This took me about two hours to sketch...three hours to ink and then some more hours to coulor. (I don't remember how long...XD)

I wrote a something like that in my Batman Beyond Story, but my big question is what made Bianca become like Harvey?

Well, The main thing that Bianca never met Harvey before she became scarred. She was kidnapped in a stalker-drama-something something, and had the half of her face torned up and all that shit. Harvey passes the the place and helps her out, so to say. Bianca wants to say thank him back for him rescuing her, so that's why she stayed at his side. Makes any sense?

Two-Face the 2nd

Base of Operations: Gotham City
Height: 6'0"
Weight: 182 lbs.
Eyes: Brown/Yellow
Hair: Dark Brown/Green
History: Two-Face the 2nd is a representative villain this way, combining a tragic back-story with elements of 'Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde' into a memorable nemesis. Dr. Jeffery Dent had been a prominent Gotham City Chemist when an experiment with a vial of acid exploded in his face. He managed to deflect the acid only partially, so that it impacted on only one side of his face, but even then the damage was severe. The acid severely mutilated the impacted side of his face, but the psychological damage was even worse. His right side of his face is very charming and beautiful, but the left part of it is totally destroyed and scarred. Jeffery became obsessed with the duality of his appearance, and his behaviour soon changed to match.
Calling himself 'Two-Face II', Jeffery became a master criminal like his father Harvey before him, using a two-headed coin (with scratches carved into one side) to determine his actions in various circumstances. If the coin landed showing the clean side, then Two-Face would be merciful; if the scarred side showed, then there would be screaming, dying, and other assorted mayhem. His lair is split in half (like his personality), he has two henchwomen named Delia and Deidre Dennis aka The Dee-Dee Twins who work for him. Delia favours his 'good' side while Deidre favours his 'dark', scarred side.
Mind you, Bats never had a hard time finding him. His targets always revolved around two themes over the years: duality, and the number two. You have to wonder what the property insurance rates must be for addresses in Gotham located on 2nd Avenue, Janus Street, and the like. Life insurance rates for twins (especially identical ones) must be especially high, too.
POWERS & WEAPONS: Two-Face is a good hand-to-hand combatant and a shrewd criminal strategist. Unable to make a decision without flipping his trademark coin, Two-Face follows its counsel to the letter: the clean, unmarked side allows Jeffery's original compassion and sanity to show through, but the scarred, mutilated side gives Two-Face the license to be as ruthless and deadly as the situation demands.
Personal Ride: The 1958 Plymouth Fury car is a fantastic metallic purple and gold two-door with tinted windows and a huge hood emblem. It takes on the personality of its owner by its half-normal and half-acid-etched textured appearance. If you look under the opening hood, you could see the half-and-half textured engine.
