Description Sparkles is probably the most unoriginal name for a unicorn ever.

I made this for my sister, she was doing a secret santa thing and the girl she got likes unicorns. I've only made one other plushie so this turned out WAY better than I expected. It's just felt so the fact that it worked at all surprised me.

The tail and mane are a feather boa and the eyes are just doll/bear eyes. I wish they would've had blue though, brown just doesn't fit to me. I covered the hooves in sparkles but they didn't photograph that way. Oh well. It was just for fun.

Maybe someday I'll make more plushies, until then back to pretending to sculpt.

Thanks! Chauncey is very appropriate though I can't really call him anything anymore he is gone.
I found some blue ones at Hobby Lobby for a different project, but I got the brown ones at the local joanns...brats. I do want to find all sorts of colors now, this is a terrible hobby.

Pretty colored ones are so hard to find! Most of them are brown. XP I've been hoping to find purple ones, but I don't think they make purple ones.

Thanks! Boa's work well because you can usually just sew them into the plush. I haven't tried single feathers though. But hey gotta do something with all those chicken feathers!

Aww well thanks! I don't agree but we are our harshest critics usually XD Sculpting is fun, you can just try it out with a white block of sculpey III or something. If you can find a sale they're pretty cheap

I do that too, even if I did find a place to "hide" it.
