Destva is a powerful entity, probably the being that closest to an all mighty god in Illustram aside form allegories. Its sheer presence allows multiple probabilities to exist, and random to remain... random, guaranteeing that there's no such thing as "fate". however, if it wills, it can alter as it desires the probabilites of any event in the universe, allowing for absurd chain reactions that strongly resemble said unescapable fate.For an unknown reason, it seems to be particularly kind towards the children, the simpletons and the mentally ill.
