I believe this is for a challenge fromDraw a Sega Character that's not part of "Sonic and Sega All-Stars Racing." So.... why not draw Ristar?
Ristar the Shooting Star is from the Sega Genesis game, "Ristar," and that game kicked butt. Even though Ristar has a cameo appearance, I wanted to see him in the game.
His ride is the Meteor Rider, and his All-Star move would be "Meteor Strike." Ristar summons a Star Pole. He grabs it, spins himself around it, and flings himself forward. He makes his opponents spin out if he hits them.
Ristar belongs to Sega. Design for the Meteor Rider is mine.
