I'm not sure what you meant by the first of the last two (trying to figure out which of the bottom three that was) but I know exactly where the bottom one is from. 14th page of Chapter 171. (Dunno the exact page in the book since my roomie has the hard copies, but I've only got digital ones.)

I think I made the puppies (Kuro and Syaoran) the wrong sizes.
Syaoran's too short, Kuro's too tall (for a chibi)! LOLZ!
But, I like the end result!
