I flattened round wire using rolling mill (I had it in jewelry class, it's very expensive equipment) and made the wire soft again with torch. When wire gets bent it hardens again.

I'm not afraid of flame itself but when light up the torch it makes a scary loud sound...

I burn myself often in the kitchen, I'm a bit clumsy. The scary loud sound also probably wouldn't help
