I am truely jealous of your talent, I am trying to do metal work. Any advice for a starter?

What kind of metal work, are you taking a class? What tools do you use?

I am not taking any classes, just playing arund with different wires. THe tools I use are a basic jewler's kit, nothing fancy considering I am just experimenting with this medium.

The bracelet on the bottom just about blew my mind. I can't imagine having enough patience to do work that intricate, haha!

Also, I really love the colors. The dark wire really bring out the beautiful green tones of the turquoise.

i love the one on the bottom.. lots of work! >< do you use a jig or do you make each one by hand?

blackcurrantjewelry In reply to xian-atedstuff [2009-04-18 18:25:56 +0000 UTC]
