Whats the plasma refering to? Or does this thing fire plasma shot?

Super heated plasma, magnetically contained warheads in slug ammunition.
When the bullet hits a target and the tip mushrooms, the internal plasma container breaks and releases it's deadly cargo.
The plasma, in reaction with atmosphere, melts the bullet within microseconds and causes a detonation with super heated debris.
Practically high explosive ammo.
