The "Wings of Fire" version of Scarbearer's mother. In this she is known as "Dreamvisitor" for her incredibly rare ability of visiting dreams of dragons without the use of the object of the same name. Dreamvisitor is one of the most powerful NightWings in Pyrriah, and because of this she doesn't stick around places long. Some try to force her to use her powers to aid them, others fear her for them. Especially after the discovery no other NightWing before Moonwatcher actually has the abilities NightWings are said to possess (visions, mind reading, prophecy foretelling).

Dreamvisitor met Blizzard, Scar's father, when she stopped near the Ice Kingdom. He was wary of her at first but never really believed that the story of the stolen prince was accurate. Eventually they fell in love and later Icefire (Scar's real name) came into the world. Dreamvisitor had a vision of her and knew that if she stayed, Icefire would be killed instantly. So Dream left her unborn child and her mate. Her current whereabouts are unknown, but Scar hates her mother for abandoning her family. This probably fueled Scar's hate of all NightWings as well.

Dreamvisitor has learned how to make her flame hotter than normal, now possessing blue fire and becoming much more dangerous because of it. She avoids conflict now if she can, but will fight if necessary.
