My design for Chill Penguin from Megaman X how I think he would look in the Battle Network series. This was supposed to be a boss in a Megaman fangame...but it seems that one got cancelled (SADNESS) so I decided to upload this. I suppose he would have a similiar attack pattern to his X counterpart.Related content

His style looks more like MMZero or ZX, rather than that of a Netnavi..

The sprite style is MMZ yes but the design is BN. It was made for a BN game in the style of MMZ.
