Ohh, very nice! It looks like a painting in small view. 
You've caught a great expression on the puma's face, and the focus is spot on. The DOF is good too, although it would have been nice if the background was slightly more blurred.
I quite like the composition, although I feel that the puma's ears are slightly too close to the edges of the frame...I think I'd have left a little more space on the left and top edges. But that's just me.
Overall wonderful shot.
