Description
Third lace border stamplate. I'm slowly getting the knack for making these.You may use this on dA, which means the following:
- You may use it as a border for your stamp.
- You may recolor it.
You may not:
- Reupload it to your own account.
- Use it off dA.
- Alter the design.
This border requires PNG or Gif formats at all times for transparency.

You should try making the background of the frame border transparent so it looks nicer when you use a lace stamp border.
