It is famous for it's two jump-scare animations, I don't know if you just haven't read the comic, or have a will of steel, to be honest I'm not really the best person to ask, but as it was a long time since I first saw the comic, I'm used to it now, it doesn't scare me any longer, but I am very easily scared, so it traumatised me at first.
In other words it's DESIGNED to put your most horrific worst-case fear scenario, combined with the element of surprise, into real life by making these two jump-scares.

Well yeah I read the comic. but I still didn't understand the whole "plot" in it all. ether way I had to go and change my pants

The plot in my theory is that she killed herself after loosing the custody of her daughter, but came back as a vengeful but not very dangerous ghost or spirit, looking for her daughter. Although the twisted limbs and messed hair is understandable, her face, which is covered in blood, is weird, unless she fell on her face, but most people jump turned around, to snap their spine or neck.
it is also likely that she doesn't know of her daughters age, she may possibly be older than two, as stated in the comic. And also her clothing, whether she was wearing them when she jumped or...
