Man, I got some amazing shots of this, from tons of wonderful photographer friends! It was really hard to post just one, so I'm gonna post like one of each set I got back. This is from my friend Leonard, you can look at his work on Flickr with his name LJinto.These are our costumes from Yoshitaka Amano's new artbook, Mateki: The Magic Flute, Renee is Kouran/Pamina, I am Yasha/Queen of the Night. We made our costumes.

This is so gorgeous! I never would of thought to cosplay an artbook-- the work it took you on the outfits must have been ages.

A lot of people actually cosplay artbook versions of characters, I've seen not a lot of people who have cosplayed an artbook artbook. And it was really labor intensive, but I had limited time to do it so I would say this costume took me two weeks.
