Woot~! First pic of the year And also my 1,100th pic (as according to the deviation counter)
Somewhat inspired by my previous gangsta / bad boy Kurosaki Ichigo sketches and kind of a follow up to the last/previous one in a way, albeit I took some liberty in tweaking his tattoos and piercings from the previous, an alternate version if you will.
Here he is, chasing after one of the rival gangs' new recruits that apparently didn't know who they were messing with but wisely made a run for their lives once they knew (a little too late), but apparently Ichigo had a really bad day so he's not letting them off easily this time while his partner Shirosaki split up to intercept them. They eventually found the cowards... lying beaten to pulps on the ground by an unimpressed Grimmjow Jaegerjaques, who was observing them under orders, and whose sour mood brightens upon seeing the famous duo..... and what better way for Ichigo to take out his frustration on than fight with his arch rival of the opposing gang with the excuse that he's in their territory (when actually he's on neutral zone just shy off their border)~? *sing-songs and munches on chocolate dipped strawberries while watching their millionth rematch from a roof above*
*snort* Anyway, this took me a while. Been working on and off on it partially due to procrastination and partially due to my miserable persistent cough that's been going on since a few days prior to New Year's Day... yeah, what a way to begin the year, right? *sigh* It's not so bad now but it's still lurking around and damn it's fuckin' annoying (tried tea, honey, gargling, etc., but it only temporary stops it in a way). I might see the doc again soon for a different/stronger meds that kills it, not 'pause' it to a certain extent *miserable frustrated huff*
Well, rambling word vomit aside, I hope you all like it and this is my heartiest big shout out to all of you for your patience and support. Thank you~!

Gorgeous angle.
This alternate version you made really works, I find it hard to look away from.
First of all the posture is interesting, how Ichigo's holding himself up and leaning for support; he looks well balanced (for the half a second before he clears that wall).
Secondly, the pose is literally still as it was drawn yet hints 'active', such was figured before reading the description. Ichigo's hair swinging and [his] left arm up are huge hints. It's fun for the eyes and the brain deciding that without cheating by looking at the description.
Ichigo's gaze is so determined. Looks like the 'devil' (so to speak) is riding on his shoulder here, that tattoo design.
As for the rest of him in general, shirtless, the shading and detail, his features and bod mods [tattoos and piercings] are great quality. I love the masculinity that drips from his form; thank you for making it so!
