Yeah I have finished my Emma Watson...but I have to admit that I am not really satisfied with it
I mean, I kinnda like the shadings in the face, but not the the drawing as a whole and her arms....lol^^
But I am especially annoyed of the really poor quality of the photography of my drawing! Look at the hair, on the original photo it was reflecting, and I tried to get this away with photoshop, but it didn't worked really...on the original drawing her hair looks MUCH better, more detailed, and not so...strange. HORRIBLE!
Ok, that's it....

don;t ve so hard on yourself, this is really good
the jewelry is very well drawn, as are her features.the only bugging thing for me is the lack of a background..it makes the drawing look very dark..
keep it up!

Thanks a lot for your comment!
I think I made her skin a bit too dark, or at least it lacks white highlights, if the skin would be lighter the background would fit again. Btw. this is one of my biggest points I criticize of my work

it's easier to add an indication of a background than to bring out highlights now, i suppose
it is a very minor point though, don't worry, the portrait itself is neat!
keep it up and good luck!

Making the background darker would probably result in a too dark work, so I hesitate from making the background darker. But who cares, I would prefer making a new Emma Watson portrait than working on this one again

Funny thing is I've never even seen the photo used for reference and I knew automatically who this was (so realistic)! You have a great talent for drawing, especially the eyes.
