A scientist who believes that our dreams represent a parallel universe founds Project REM - a way to have waking access to this mysterious world. Oh gosh, here it is - the big smooch. I kinda dreaded getting to this part but I think it turned out okay.

I just read through the last many pages. Ah, this story had come into fruition! I'm so glad you worked hard and made it into what it is today!
What a touching moment this is, and the emotion on Melanie's face in the last few pages, her determination with getting through the woods, and her shrieks with finding him behind the glass. She must be PUMPED with (dream world?) adrenaline to smash through that glass after Henry's been trapped all along!
So glad to see how far this comic's come already! And as for "the big smooch"... it's just fine. You'd expect a husband and wife to reunite that way, and it's not at ALL inappropriate or gross with how you've handled it... nice job.

Thanks for reading and commenting, my friend! It's been so surreal to finally be approaching the end of the story and to be in the thick of the main parts I imagined several years ago. It's been a pretty great ride.
Haha yeah, she's pumped up! I also wanted to imply that most things in the nightmare realm can't actually do anything to you if you're not scared of them... so the glass is like nothing to her, ha.
And yeah, I joke about it since I don't like to draw mushy/romantic stuff very much but it's necessary and realistic in this context. ^^
