oh i tried but it didn't work! i think i have the wrong sort of watercolours. i only have the hard watercolours.. did you use the tube ones? gahh!!

Wow, this is very disturbing. Dendraphilia! Their union seems awkward, like young love, and there is passion (since their both partially exposed). And tree love is not a frequently touched upon taboo, so great work! I love strangeness.

the way you've painted the background is brilliant! I love the grittyness of the piece. yet the mood seems soft in other ways. hah. I'm making no sense.
I think it's interesting how the masked man has tree parts. as though he is a forest spirit come to kiss his human lover.
