This is a new character of mine that was done by . The man is fantastic to work with, and fun to talk to. I'd certainly do it again, given the chance.

If you've seen the version on his page, there is a slight change to the tattoo on her face.

As to the character, Cyra is a super-powered alien who has the ability to turn into a form made out of pure energy (shown in the back). The tattoo is a symbol of her status as a protector and law-keeper of her people.
