reminds me of a Dark Heresy group i Gm'd a few years back, the group used to joke that the feral world guardsman had no idea space travel existed so they used to drug him beforehand and he's just wake up in a new place. He called the drink they gave him "adventure milk"

Maybe he means the soldier is lacking the ubiquitous lasgun (supposing they're a guardsman) and over adornment of skulls which are so common in Imperial iconography?

This guy looks a little more elite than your average guardsman, I think he's more of a ranger or survivalist, probably wouldn't be checking in to the commissary/barracks too often, if at all.Β Could be his regiment specializes in close quarters trench clearing with melee weapons and explosives.Β I'd imagine since he's titled "Feral Worlder" though, he proably just doesn't have access to ammo in the first place and has never made it offworld.Β He could have just found that armor in an abandoned outpost and spruced it u himself.Β As for the lack of skulls?Β You're right, it could use more skulls.Β You can always have more skulls.

All Imperial Guardsmen are issued with a lasgun of some kind regardless of their origins and he appears to have pouches for spare batteries around his waist. Why do you keep talking about the armour?

Hi, I think he was talking about new armour because he is a feral worlder and so likely not in the imperial guard, could be that he used to live on a feral world and has since joined the imperial guard but I don't think that this is the case
