Blake the Dragon

She is in charge of a small city on the edge of the Uncharted Lands mostly frequented by traveling mercenaries, bounty hunters, and other nomadic types. She won her position by ousting the previous corrupt leader. She got her start in the city's fighting arena, and still prefers fighting there. In fact, she has sworn to let anyone who defeats her in a fair fight take over leadership of the city. She has been in charge for 10 years.

Blake's fighting style is primarily grappling. Despite being a dragon, she has no breath attacks (or at least none have ever seen her use). She makes use of her powerful tail to supplement her punches, kicks, and slashes. At her heart there is definitely a lot of showmanship from her time as an arena fighter. She has her own finishing move where she flies her opponent high into the air, then dives straight down and slams them to the ground (yes, think when Ash's Charizard uses Seismic Toss in Pokemon).

While she doesn't abhor killing when necessary, she prefers non-lethal solutions. As such, no assassin jobs are allowed to be advertised or taken in the city. Recently, a mercenary group named Jackal Squad has appeared routinely flouting that rule. She may have to confront their leader, Infinite, about their behavior...
