Description The arms of April hold me against my will
I am falling down spirals of forest green
lavendar accent this oak tree
Here, I am divine.

A waterfall of colorful threads wash over me
I drink the dew of wild oleanders
My thick mossy pillow has died
And I sink further, deeper.

Greenery heals all that has darkened
I am imprisoned by thorns
With no other choice
But to listen to ancient echoes

My stay is well overdue
But the mist whispers otherwise
Leaving my eyes cloudy

I refuse to be the heart of this illusion.

Kidnapping webs unravel
as the hot spring stings with persuaion

Meanwhile branches stretch abruptly
Before decomposure
And the wind breaks through
My feathery strands of silk

Reincarnating me

For the rising sun, I am able to see.

So long,

April.
