Well, I got it from amazon.com. Just look for "Hetalia World Series Sound World (OST) [Audio CD]" and you get the cover of the CD which is a pic with both the Axis and Allies boys.
It's just funny because all of them are looking straight towards the "camera", except for Italy because his eyes are always closed and Germany because he's looking at Italy.
