I like the lighting and setting, but the room is pretty much just a box with props in it.
On the other hand it might be so dark that it's not worth putting more detail in?

how to stop the image, so it does not flash and normally see the final render?

I know that if you download it and open it with photoshop, that it should show all the frames used from the layers applied.

Looks very good, especially with the lighting. A small tip regarding the wooden wall though. Right now it ends rather abrubtly when it touches the ground; it would have been better had you included some horizontal plank in the texture, like how there is a horizontal plank where the wall touches the ceiling. Another thing that is strange is that there is no ceiling light near the workplace. You would expect that if someone needs to work there, there should be some sort of ceiling light installed. I have yet to see a workplace where the employer thought the light from the monitor would be sufficient.
For the second part I would love to see something akin to a flythrough. Honestly, the gif switches rather abrubtly between frames and the lighting is kinda dark. I cannot really give much criticism if I cannot see it very well.

Ah thank you so much for the feedback! I totally agree with the wooden wall, I'm glad you caught that. Also for the lighting near the desk would you recommend a ceiling light, or a desk lamp of some sort? Again thank you for the feedback!

Well it depends on the look you are going for. If that is actually a work desk, I would advice a ceiling light as employers are pretty much required to give a decently lit working environment. But if it is just an installation by someone who uses it more as a hobby, a desk light would also be fine.
