Description This is my second time participating in Hyrotrioskjan's Speculative Evolution Challenge. This time the challenge was to create the evolved form of either sedum sediforme and/or sedum reflexum. This plant you see in the picture is a descendent of sedum sediforme which I have dubbed SEDUM SOLIS. This plant stands at about 6'-9' tall. The leaves near the base have been modified to act as a mix between a solar panel and pond. The rest of the leaves along the stem have remained relatively small. They are very similar to succulents and cacti with their waxy coating. This helps the plant retain water. This plant has inherited its yellow, five pedaled, flowers from its ancestors. The pollen from these flowers is extremely light and will blow away with a light breeze. These plants can be found along the west coast of Hyrotrioskjan's islands.
