This balloon is so over inflated it is as tight as a drum.But still it will not pop. Very tough balloon.

I wonder where did you ordered it, I ordered some Cattex 32-80 and CX-19 but I am having a really hard time with them... they don't inflate the size especified by the manufacturer, the 19 inflates like 16"~17" and the 32 inflates like 24"~26" and I can't even try to get a neck like the one you got there on this "hellblau" balloon

Yes it did. I will admit I was trying to see how big and how much it would take. Fully expectiing it to pop. But even as tight and as big as it is, no pop. It is so tight that there is almost no bounce to it.
